In the Kick-off We will discuss the relevant projects and timelines for approximately 2 hours.

In the Training For the first two weeks, we'll do daily 10-minute check-ins to make sure everything is on track.

In the Regular operation You will receive a weekly report for the agreed period and workload.

This is how we work together

Together we will develop an overview of the relevant projects to be taken over on an interim basis and discuss the timing, stakeholders, IT infrastructure, and joint check-ins and reporting, so that you can outsource your projects to me with a clear conscience.

  • What positions can be filled in interim marketing?

    These are generally marketing positions (marketing manager, senior brand manager or similar) to bridge an absence or to outsource projects due to staffing shortages.

  • How long does an interim marketing contract last?

    We can tailor the contract to your needs. Generally, the weekly hours can be adjusted to the current situation and the ongoing projects. The standard project duration is 1-6 months, although other durations are possible. I work on a project-by-project basis, so there is no regular employment and no social security contributions are due.

  • How is the invoicing done?

    Invoicing takes place at the end of the month on an hourly basis or on an agreed fee.

  • Where is the service provided?

    Services are typically provided from home offices, thus eliminating travel expenses. For projects in the St. Gallen area with a commute of up to 45 minutes, hybrid working in the office and from home is possible.
